This 10 disc set is a great value. First off, for evolving HD/Blu-Ray snobs like me, you will be very pleased with the picture. Raghu Markus did a great job in production. The set contains HOURS of Krishna Das kirtan, which is like having KD in the living room and is truly wonderful. Sharon is a great addition to the program - what a wise and delightful being. We enjoyed her dharma talks very much and her focus on METTA fits perfectly with the Bhakti theme. Time with Ram Dass is also a blessing, however if you've already read Be Love Now it will be his presence, more than his teachings, you will treasure. Lastly, not mentioned in the cover but extremely valuable for my wife and me, is the session devoted to Hatha Yoga guided by Saraswati Markus and Elizabeth Rossa, who expand on the posturing set forth by Ram Dass in the back of Be Here Now into a demanding and vigorous yet very graceful and beautiful program which we will use henceforth in our practice.
